3DOur methodology is quite simple. Uploaded your PDF’s to us for review, and we will go over them as soon as humanly possible. We will get back to you with our thoughts, and then work closely with you to ensure a smooth, straight-forward process. It’s that easy!

How It Works…
We provide high resolution images for your next 3D Rendering, 3D Floor Plan, or “Before & After” images. We can also complete animations, and walk-throughs for your next project! You can now show your customers EXACTLY what the project will look like! For more info, please email us now!
1 Upload Your Files
Simply upload or email us your files, and our team can familiarize themselves with your project. We can accept all types of files, but at this stage, we suggest PDFs of your plans, and maybe a ‘Colour & Material Schedule’ if you have one, so we can get a good overview of your project.
2 We Will Reply
After having thoroughly assessed your plans, we will produce a specific, fixed price quotation for your project, and forward it to you for review and acceptance. In this quotation, we will also specify a time frame for us to work with, so that you are fully aware of the timelines involved. Upon approval, we begin almost immediately.
3 We Get To Work
Work begins. Our dedicated and talented team put together your preliminary 3D models in no time, usually within 3-5 days depending on complexity. It’s at this stage that we work out the best suited camera angle for your project, and we all get a clearer understanding of the 3-Dimensional built form that we are working with.
4 We Send Proofs
We email you the preliminary 3D images, giving you your first glimpse of your project. This stage is quite helpful too, as it helps to identify any ‘last minute’ modeling requirements that may you specifically require. Here, we can work out if the camera angle is right, or if any 3D modelling changes are required. And don’t stress, if you have missed something, we can model it in so that your project is 100% to your satisfaction. We encourage any feedback, good or bad.
5 We Add Colours & Materials
We ask that you send us a colour schedule, or some sample colours and materials for your project, so that we may add to the 3D model. And don’t worry, if the colour schedule is not coming up like you had imagined, it is the perfect time to change it! No problems! This stage allows for a bit of back and forth consulting with our team, until your colours & materials are right. We normally find that 5 or 6 times should cover it, and normally takes a day or two to get back to you after your change requests have been received
6 We Send The High Res Images
Once you are 100% satisfied with the image, we make any final adjustments and/or amendments and complete all work on your project. We render the images in high resolution, so that you may use them as you wish. We normally send you your finalized project in pdf and jpeg, but can send you other versions if you wish, without a fuss.
